Can you relate to any of these?

  • Death of a loved one

  • Drug abuse or misuse

  • Bullying and criticism

  • Arguing and bickering

  • A spouse or co-parent who tells your child(ren) bad or untrue things about you

  • Friction between business partners or associates

  • Emotional, sexual and/or physical abuse

  • Infidelity

If so, you have come to the right place.

Any of these can have lasting effects. They can affect your capacity to trust, your motivation to work and even your ability to fully live and love. I am a therapist with the knowledge and experience to guide you. I am passionate about helping people to achieve balance and become hopeful about themselves, their relationships and their work lives.

My Mission

My mission is to provide you with the highest quality of care. I am committed to excellence in my field.

In my 30-plus years as a psychotherapist and coach, I have helped countless individuals, families, and couples work through emotional pain and experience healing in their lives. Please visit my track record page and our google listing.

Between Sessions

Like physical healing that follows an injury, healing from emotional pain requires work. To make the most of our time, I’ll ask you to work on assignments outside our sessions. I tailor them for your specific needs … perhaps books to read, journal entries to write, topics to consider or actions to take.

My practice is 100% virtual by using Google Meet.

After we receive your “Contact” form, you’ll get a call from 404-256-0244. I’ll look forward to speaking with you.
